In college, I realized that I could create sensations in my body. It led to one day when I was doing this kind of meditation and it just felt like everything in my perception went white. That is actually super straightforwardly a really classic description of the arising and passing away. And then beyond something of a spiritual quest open to philosophy, but also sometimes darker and more renunciate,. More sort of driven, defined answers.
