The Male Gaze

The male gaze is something that we think about all the time and has become so influential even if it's, you no distance from its original meaning. In looking at this painting and the painting looking back at you, that is what the gaze is. The gaze is located within the image, instead of outside the image. And like analyzing feminism and analyzing how women present themselves, but that's basically the frence. i do think that those lucanian ideas of, like, we are in control, and were not actually in control.
