How Do You Organize Your Team?

In my new world, getting assets converted off one platform to another is a big area of complexity. If you're in te there's other areas that are equally painful that you need to have specialized resources for. How you organize yourself? Honestly, i think a little less important. Those people dotted or solved mine into you don't really care. And if you lead them properly, the team will be healthy and functional. The attorneys that i've worked with side by side at aon have been some of my closest friends. I've learned so much from them. We are joined at the hip.
