The Power of Constraints
I think that somewhere deep down, there was that like, well, it just doesn't really matter, because I didn't go around thinking that I was autistic all the time. So I had to fix everything. Like I was broken and I needed fixing. It wasn't always in the conscious forefront and being acted from that place, but it was always somewhere there. And looking back on my struggles, the labels harmed more than helped, which is why I don't like labels. We'll talk about this in the next episode.
