Time Restricted Eating

I'm not driven by food and I can easily distract myself so I find time restricted eating relatively easy. Some people like couple of my colleagues Sarah and Jonathan at work have been trying this and can't do it they just well they do but they really suffering from thinking about food all the time. People most people get on with this pretty well and can sustain it for years even though they don't do every day and naturally those tend to eat less calories because they're not allowed to grab a big you know digestive biscuits before they're going to bed or cake in front of the telly.
