How I Decided Statistics Was What I Wanted to Study
I think around second year, the AI buzzword stuff started really, really popping up. And I didn't really think about like getting into data science and all of that sort of stuff. So yeah, statistics as a major, I basically just chose because that followed that direction. But honestly, learned most of it on the side, at least more the more practical stuff on the side for sure.
