Are You Obligational to Other Women Leaders?
I spend every meeting employing 12 different calculus to just be heard. Some women leaders, I think, are almost put off by like, why do I owe anything to anybody? It's not like my men colleagues do. So getting back to that point, if you have a lot of status, which grants you a platform to speak up on things, then it's kind of incumbent on you to do it If social change is what you want to achieve or help to achieve.
