In terms of research can you talk a little bit about the idea of transnational shared knowledge production. It seems to be another aspect of the work that academics are supposed to do. Some people see it in terms of making things accessible, some people sort of making their research accessible like open access funds and some people see it as an aspect of their relationship with national partners.
