What Does Democracy Look Like in the DSA?

The DSA has a bunch of local chapters scattered across the United States. Each chapter holds elections for its own leadership and they can choose their own methods of further elections. And these chapters also, every two years, elect a team of delegates to send to the National DSA convention - which is held once every two years.
