The Importance of Execution
I think what helps you, like the experience I have right now definitely helps in the day-to-day operations. But it doesn't prevent you from making stupid mistakes. And it really reminded me that going from zero to something is just so hard. Once you have something in your hand, which I've mentioned before, like one to two thousand dollars MRR, then I think it's much, much more about execution. It's some kind of like magic where you, you know, well, everybody does it different.
