If I'm a Conference Leech, It's Fixable, Right?

There's always that one guy who like my friends and I call the conference Leech, and we want to go out to lunch. By the way, 90% of the time a dude. It's almost always a dude who's a little bit socially oblivious. Can't read nonverbal feedback or cues of disinterest. You just have to pay attention to what are people expressing nonverbally? What how do conversations work? Are you interrupting people too often? Like really basic stuff like that. And if you can fix that, so men start accepting you, women will start accepting you. Yes. Women will like you more because other people like you.
