The Importance of Collaboration in Science

I think it is there may be a sea change on the horizon in terms of how junior scientists think about the science itself. I've actually been really excited by junior scientists who are centering social justice and things like anti-racism in their work as crucial to the science. That's super exciting. And something that I did not really expect to happen. We can't talk about race without talking about racism, and that's going to be a necessary part of this.
