It can be very difficult to get back on line because one of the first things that it does is it takes away energy from your frontal cortex behind the forehead. So for me, i mean, in a longer process, was to write down everything that was coming up in my head. I actually literally walked around with a note book and a pen in my back pocket for any time i got triggered.
