The Future Is Coming Sooner Than We Think

"I believe that a future is coming sooner than we probably would like it to, that we're going to need a very different kind of church," he says. "In our church, we have some really sharp, talented, godly young pastors who can see how to do that and they have some amazing ideas about how to create that kind of church" He urges those in leadership positions to work with the senior minister on discipling younger staff.
