The Armed Forces Are Not an Employment Generation Scheme

If you have worked your entire life for something and it was taken away from you, then you will certainly have this deep feeling of betrayal. And when you do that to a person, I think it opens up the likelihood that they may actually go ahead with betraying their nation. The armed forces are not an employment generation scheme. In the armed forces, entry should be open to anybody who meets the threshold requirements. You want the best people in your armed forces, not people based on various artificial bureaucratic quotas.
