How to Deal With Conflict in a Meeting

I've worked for some of the largest companies on this planet. The current company, I worked for IBM, which was about 300,000 people and now the company I work at now is 20,000 people. It's interesting how big companies handle things versus different. But when you get in the bigger group, nobody wants to say anything because they're afraid that they'll look like the monster if they say it doesn't make sense.
