One of the issues it seems to me is that the military, whatever country, is an impossibly complex thing. And so I guess one of the issues that does exist is actually working out methodologies to combine the emissions from all these different moving parts. It goes without saying almost that calculating direct emissions from infrastructure is much easier than emissions that come from mobile vehicles.

Now, researchers have shown that this isn’t quite true and that fruit flies can actually move their retinas using a specific set of muscles, which may allow them to perceive depth.
