The Importance of Abraham's Bosom

Abraham believed in the city that was coming. This is still future to us, and it was very future to him because God hadn't even broken loose the chains of death yet. So when Abraham died, he descended to a place that got nicknamed Abraham's bosom. To sit in that place waiting for Jesus to come was to be associated with Abraham. Like so again, he put heaven on the mat, this guy, right? And he was at the front of the victory parade with Jesus going to heaven.
