The Advantages and Disadvantages of Designing a Building
It's expertize, but it's also like how much time it takes to get this project through, right? If you kind of like take that long chunk out of a project, then you have more time to do more of those design phases on other ones. Therefore, you can build a greater portfolio. Some architects just aren't interested in that. You will find people within an office who'd grab their all architects, but they gravitate to warn toward one side or the other than what's been mentioned.
