I think what you're pointing out is there are seasons to life and to deny that is kind of absurd. And prepare for it. I started a new company, a software startup basically in January. Some companies wouldn't want me to do that because I've been out of a workplace too long or I don't want to work 50 hour work weeks. But on the other hand, I viewed it as an opportunity to be very deliberate about the role I create. It's not creating a role that should be filled by a 20 something who's got just boundless energy right? I can meet your mind out and provide very, you know, sort of sniper shot doses.
