The Purpose Is Not to Damage the Institution
I'm a huge believer that we need these things in our society. And so, like the purposes never to damage the institution. Where you can make change and effect change is when you're at an organization. But i think we're in the middle of this really big experiment. You're seeing it play out all the time, every day. Everyone's litigating everything. Do you find that energizing? No, i find it exhausting sometimes. I'd like to live in the gray, but gee, if there's certainty, it's nice, right? There's no certainty any more.
