I think we subconsciously do those things and we don't even really, we don't think about it. I found that I had developed all of these different worksheets to try and explain the concepts. And so this, we have a mutual friend, Catherine, who is also a marketing person,. She took a look at my website and she's like, why don't you have a book? And so I took the concepts and I wrote some text. And then most of this book is different workssheets for application.
