The Effects of Sunlight on Cognitive Benefits

Professor Solomon Shang is director of the Global Policy Lab at the University of California, Berkeley. He has found evidence dating back 10,000 years that high temperatures can actually be really harmful for how we humans behave. Professor Shang says too much sunshine can also cause all sorts of other problems like skin cancer and heat stroke. As more parts of this planet hit 50 plus degrees it is worth looking at the negatives that sunshine and heat can have on our well-being.
