In this age of omacrono, we've seen vaccine efficacy against mild disease decline significantly. I do think that even if the entire world were vaccinated, this virus is still going to circulate. It's still going to cause mild disease. For these kinds of viruses, it's very hard to protect against mild disease for a long time.
