Nice guy syndrome is partly a result of just natural temperament. Most nice guys operate with something that I call covert contracts. They start trying to become what we think other people want us to be. The two primary things that nice guys hide are their needs and wants and their sexuality Because we think people will respond negatively to me having needs and wants.
