Team Failure and Team Falling Apart

The Kennedy administration is a classic example of team failure and team falling apart. Sometimes it's the right thing to do to say, you know what, this team was useful at one point. And now that's not really useful anymore. It's so interesting how powerful something like auditing the communications of the team can be as an action planning activity.
