The US government has been forced to step in. And so they actually implemented the 21st Century Cures Act, which was part of the ACA. That basically say, okay, you companies are no longer allowed to block this information from patients. They're allowed to now get their data. If you block them, we're going to find you. I think it's around $25,000 per day per event. So privacy by design needs to be very thoughtful and these companies had every opportunity to be thoughtful, but they chose to be greedy.
