What's the Process for Decisions Getting to the Supreme Court?

The supreme court has original jurisdiction in suits between the states and stuff that you don't care about. The way in which those cases get granted, sir is by what we call the rule of four. When a state says a ruling is a right under the state constitution, if they go no further than that, then that decision is 100 % immune from review by this or any other supreme court ever.
