How to Use Tape to Study and Analyze Tape for Better Feedback
When you have tape to study, you can do some degree of root cause analysis. And what you'll often find when I'm doing reviews for people on our premium service is I can wind the tape back. It allows you to give a much more nuanced degree of feedback into why something bad happens to a person. So this is a model that you've got in place. Let's say that let's put it into practice here.
