Creating a Safe Space for PMs to Try Things

It occurs to me that also it will over time reduce your, let's call your error rate because people need a safe space to try stuff. We oftentimes as product leads forget to make the room for them to learn new things. Some of my clients even do they have learning boards curated learning boards where the community of practice is maintaining a massive mirror or mural board. And some of them are even recording small loom videos for their peers and colleagues and explain why they like this particular book.
