The purpose of this podcast so far, eight or nine episodes in, is to talk to you about bending the culture. Each of us has a platform to do that now. Our opportunity is not to click on span, not to interact with people we're not proud to interact with. If there are no guard rails, if there is no limit to what kind of surveillance we are under, it's hard to see how public companies are going to hold back in that environment. It's going to be a race to the bottom.
