The Importance of Architects in a Construction Project
A lot of owners these days hear horror stories about going down the rabbit hole of the construction project. And I just don't think they're getting advice from either their financial advisors, their home office, their CPA, their attorney. Frankly, those are all people that are referrals to us because it is a risk management person for this big expenditure. So if the architect was doing that, it would be expected that either they would be doing that or the owner would bedoing that.
