Anything that's solely generated by PROMs with no modifications made, these are things like that lack human authorship and therefore cannot be or won't be registered. As in the case of mid-journey, an author who arranges generative AI into a specific sequence, like designing the layout of a comic book, they can potentially copyright the sequence of images if the arrangement is sufficiently creative.
