Jen: I tend to like, especially in my book, food junkies, talk about this as a continuum. So definitely it starts with sugar and refined carbs for sure. But then as the progression continues, it then because it's gradual and progressive,. It can then include things like grains and dairy and yes, still some sugar. Then it can move into the behaviors themselves over eating of even healthy foods. And so we start to see anorexic and bulimic like behaviors that end stage.
