The number one piece of advice that I think is completely counterproductive to a long lasting relationship is the whole playing it core. It's not about playing it core, it's about being core. If you're playing games, you're going to attract a woman that also plays games and you're both going to be speaking the same toxic language. Whereas if you effectively communicate your standards and your standards happen to be high value, that's more effective in creating a long-term relationship.
