Are You Having a Hunger Cue That You Don't Have to Believe?
It's also not just the hunger cue that I have trouble with, but it's the fullness cue. And then even if I'm full, I can be late in the evening and I'm like, oh, I'd like to eat something more. My brain still says I want to eat more. So really reflecting on like what I ate for dinner wasn't enjoyable, did it kind of like satiate my appetite? If not, you might still have this hunger,. This appetite for something else, even if you're physically full. Again, maybe like front load the day a little bit more so that your body isn't trying to catch up at like eight or nine o'clock
