Russia Will Suffer the Worst Recession Since the Financial Crisis
Moody's predicts that the Russian economy will shrink by 3% this year. Russia has been able to divert barrels of oil at a cut price to economies like China, Turkey and India. The G7 imposed more sanctions in January which mean seaborn oil is no longer allowed into these economies. Putin wants to talks about these grand ambitions to build pipelines at Eastwards rather than Westwards. But that will take time.
