Treatment Options for Osteonacrosis of the Femoral Head Without Collapse

A deformed femoral head in a concentric acetabulum is going to increase wear rate and it's going to increase their chance of arthritis. To prevent debilitating arthritis you are most likely going to be doing either a total hip or resurfacing hemiaurthroplacities on these patients. A 40-year-old female who has hip pain osteoporosis with no event nor arthritis will probably need surgery for her condition.
