How to Overcome a Budget Hedge in Real Estate Investment
Budget is very important and I also agree that budget is something that will probably determine the property class the property type location the strategy that you use. If you have no budget guess what there's plenty of people out there that have the budget they don't have the time or the interest in real estate so maybe you could partner with someone who has the funds to overcome a budget hurdle. Start by talking to a mortgage lender and just say hey I'm interested in real estate investing what what could I afford that's a free call it takes 15 minutes every mortgage lender would love love love to walk you through a path but at least you got a plan and you got somewhere to start.
