A lot of people don't show their documentation because sometimes it's proprietary. A big problem, something we try to address in our book, is a lot of times companies misunderstand how specific requests can be. So one of the big pitfalls is not understanding the nuance of how many specific things a chapa needs to speak about. To a certain degree by a conversation designer doing good user research. But it's also something you can't fully understand without testing.
