How Do You Structure Your Sales Teams?

How did you organize the sales teams? When we grew and started to have 10 or more people per region, let's put it this way. We had mainly sales and pre sales engineers and then country manager or sales country manager. One thing to take into account and I think we did well was you don't do that, you know, simultaneously. And therefore there is a level of maturity, first that is different. Second, you must accept that what worked somewhere is not necessarily what you have to do somewhere else.
