Liberation Theology

LZ: Liberation theology reduces salvation to escaping from suffering in this life. LZ: Martyrdom isn't about dying for your belief in the god man, jesus christ, but dying for a social just system that seems to cohere with jesus. Salvation is focused on eradicating unjust systems they think are at the root of poverty.
