Are You Taking Accountability Seriously?

How do you balance leaning in and giving advice to founders, verses letting them figure it out on their own? I think people appreciate o accountability. The coach's job isn't to sort of tell someone to do it in a certain way,. It's almost like to push that person to the limits. And i think, again, knowing when to push, but knowing when not to push.
