Work and Life Goals - What Are Your Dreams?
i spend too much time working, even on a four day work week, to be disengaged with the actual work itself. So i'm looking for a way to connect the work that we do with the people that are doing it. In a way that that suits their own personal goals. And so when you connect this to a bigger, oknow, more holistic view of the person and where they want to grow,. The person stops working for you. They're working for them.
