Paxy and Python - What's the Difference?

python is a 30 year old language that's had some form of packaging for like over 20 years. The idea with this has to be what's the carrot for the tool, right? How are we making things better both for the community, but for the tools themselves? I am working on a v two of this pap a, probablygo public with that, i'm going to guess, sometime next month.
