The system is designed to work in sequence in a certain way. As far as i can tell, the motivational stack starts with curiosity. After passion, you get purpose. Purpose is what happens when the thing that is producing passion for you is coupled to a cause that is greater than yourself. And then once you have all that stuff, you lay er goals on to it and there's three layers of goals.
