There is a land registry project happening in fiji, being pushed by the agent development bank. Land registration, an exchange of titles through the block chain, is like of pinnacle of de sotoin sort of vision of what this technology represents. 90 % of lands in fiji are held in tribal trust and are administered by a government agency called the itoke land trust board.
