Take up piss is actually urinate American English. I had never heard this before I started traveling and meeting people from like that. There's some really interesting ones, but be careful because these are really perverted. What's raunchy? Raunchy has a sexual connotation. Like somebody like Fart to get out there and have some fun. And what his name was urinean? Well, they changed the name of urinean, but urine. Leak? Leak. That means to urinean, by the way. But the colloquial expression is to take a leak is to urinate.
