The system reduced over 16% of time spent on handling the ticket without decreasing customer satisfaction. The project was a collaboration with many people, including in particular, washer giant M-hmm and Uber's machine learning team. Some features were specifically for the users, independent of their behavior. And so that part didn't need to be retrained that often because of the fact that these capabilities had been built into it.
