A Black Hole Is Going to Fall Off Faster Than a Neutron Star

Cecilia: An object is going to radiate with a frequency in proportion to its size. Smaller objects have a higher frequency and do it faster. Bigger objects have a lowerfrequency and do it slower. And so a black hole is going to be much more compressed. Its event horizon is always going to bemuch smaller than say the radius of a neutron star.
